Nurse Development Scholarship - Deadline Extended!

Dear Members and Supporters-

The Boston Area Chapter of the HPNA supports the advancement of hospice and palliative care nursing through its educational programs and chapter activities. We are deepening this commitment through the initiation of an annual nurse development scholarship. This is the first year we are offering this opportunity and invite you to apply if you meet the eligibility criteria.  If you have attended or will attend a certification review course, conference, workshop, or other training activity related to hospice and palliative nursing in 2022 and meet eligibility criteria you may pursue the scholarship. 

The amount of scholarship money awarded is dependent on the scholarship funds available. The scholarship may cover all or a portion of the educational activity cost, depending on the scholarship funds available in the given time period.  The scholarship eligibility criteria, application, and submission instructions are attached to this email. 

Scholarship applications will be reviewed annually. All applications for the scholarship must be received on or before August 15th, 2022. All application materials should be emailed to bostonhpna@gmail.com. Please include the following text in the email subject line: SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION SUBMISSION
